IGDC Expo 2025 - Booth Specifications & Guidelines
Q1. How will booths be allocated?
- Allocation and positioning of booths are at the discretion of the organizers.
- Booth owners can choose either raw space or shell structure (Octanorm).
- IGDC will only provide the shell (Octanorm structure); all booth branding is the responsibility of the booth owner.
Q2. What are the size and structure details?
- Booth Size: 3m x 2m
- Structure: Octanorm
- Maximum Height: 8 ft for Octanorm booths, 12 ft for raw space
Q3. What does each booth include?
Each 3m x 2m booth will be equipped with:
- Octanorm structure
- Carpet
- 1 Table
- 2 Chairs
- 1 Power outlet (5 amp)
- 1 Spike buster
Q4. Who is responsible for branding and fabrication?
Branding and any additional booth elements must be arranged by the booth owner.
If raw space is preferred instead of an Octanorm structure, IGDC must be informed at least 14 days in advance (by 19th of October 2025).
IGDC can provide agency/production team contacts if needed.
Exhibitors must restrict branding and activities strictly to their allocated booth space.
IGDC reserves the right to remove branding outside designated spaces to maintain a clean, uncluttered expo floor.
Q5. What are the power requirements?
IGDC provides basic electricity of 15 amp per stall.
For additional requirements (branding panels, high-end systems, etc.), exhibitors must inform IGDC in advance. Extra charges will apply as determined by IGDC.
Q6. What is the booth set-up schedule?
Setup timings will be shared by IGDC Management 15 days before the event.
A maximum of 16 hours will be allotted for booth setup.
All setup must be completed, and materials cleared from the expo area, by 10:00 PM on 4th November 2025.
Q7. What are the rules for booth engagement?
No printed materials may be distributed. Collaterals must be downloadable via QR codes or printed on eco-friendly paper (recycled/seed paper).
Booth owners cannot solicit or advertise recruitment or job opportunities.
Sound systems for announcements are not permitted.
Selling, price posting, or order-taking is not allowed on the expo floor.
Promotional activity, merchandise, and goodies distribution must remain within booth space only.
Q8. How many passes are included with a booth?
Each booth includes 2 General Passes.
If additional manpower is required, exhibitors must request support staff passes from IGDC at least 24 hours before the event.
